The coaching arm of my practice is designed to help women navigate dating and relationship issues using attachment theory.  I offer both in-person workshops and online coaching for those who are fed up hitting the same dating dead-ends...or they are in a failing relationship...or they recently got romantically blindsided and are looking for answers.

Triage Call 20 minutes - $59.99

Coaching 30 minutes - $89.99

Coaching 50 minutes - $149.99

Coaching 90 minutes - $224.99

Coaching 180 minutes (with free month of unlimited messaging) - $399.99

Unlimited Messaging Add-on - $99/month

Is coaching confidential?

What we talk about will remain confidential UNLESS there is  an issue of mandated reporting required under law or a consent form for disclosure has been completed.

Do you offer in-person visits?

I am currently offering both office visits and televisits.  My office address is 6909 W Ray Rd suite 15-109, Chandler, AZ 85226.  For televisits a secure link will be sent to you via a program called Simple Practice.  If you need to access your secure Simple Practice Portal click on the link at the bottom of this website.

What's the difference between therapy and coaching? 

Therapy is concerned with identifying and healing mental health issues such as anxiety depression PTSD etc.  Life coaching is designed to help people reach their personal goals.  In the case of attachment-based coaching, the primarily goal is to educate people about the different attachment styles so they can form more functional and satisfying relationships.  I am only licensed to practice psychotherapy in the state of Arizona.  

Is coaching covered by health insurance? 

My coaching services are cash pay only.
